Abu Zaabal company for specialty chemicals
Abu Zaabal Company for Specialty Chemicals (AZC) was founded in 1950 originally to produce propellants and explosives.
In 1954 production started with single and double base propellants as well as TNT for small arms and artillery ammunition.
In 1959 production of industrial explosives was introduced to satisfy the needs for mining quarries , seismic explosives for oil exploration , and major national development projects.
A major achievement in this field was the Aswan High Dam project, which consumed 12.000 tons of dynamites , totally supplied by AZC.
Egyptian Steel

BADR ELDIN Petroleum
The Company was established in 1/1/1983 following the declaration of Badr El Din field in the Western desert as a commercial discovery.
A development lease was granted according to the concession agreement (law no.99 for the year 1980) made by and between the Government of Arab Republic of Egypt, EGPC & Shell Winning (Presently known as Shell Egypt), on the basis that the Company will operate its activities on behalf of EGPC & Shell.
The Company’s name refers to the area where oil & gas were initially discovered, this area has a composite of sand dunes known as Badr El Din, and this area is located in the middle of the western desert, at a distance of 300km west of Cairo, 180 north east of Baharia Oasis

GUPCO. Guld of Suez Petrolium
Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company – GUPCO – (EGPC & BP Joint Venture) is one of The Largest Oil Producers in Gulf of Suez Basin (EGYPT) Since 1960s.
Oil from the Gulf of Suez basin is produced mainly by GUPCO under a Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) between BP and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC). GUPCO is one of The Largest Offshore and Onshore Crude Oil Producers in Gulf of Suez Basin in EGYPT.
KHALDA Petroleum
Khalda Petroleum Co. (KPC), a joint venture between the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), and Apache, is one of the largest oil & gas producers in Egypt. KPC is in operation since 1985.

Established in 2010, Mahmood Saeed Beverage Cans & Ends Industry Company Limited (MSCANCO), a unit of Mahmood Saeed Group of Companies, located at the Red Sea port city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is one of the leading manufacturer of Aluminium Beverage Cans and Easy Open Can Ends.
MSCANCO is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. MSCANCO Jeddah plant has an installed capacity of 8.5 billion Easy Open Ends and 850 million cans per annum.
MSCANCO Endmaking facility is one of the most advanced plants in the world, using CDL technology, Robotics, and Vision Inspection systems. MSCANCO Easy Open Ends are in line with the new industry trend of combining light-weight and high performance; suitable for beverage, soft drink and juice filling. MSCANCO 200 and 202 Dia CDL Ends are capable of withstanding the extreme pressure conditions, exceeding 100 psi buckle.
MSCANCO Canmaking facility has at present one high speed canline, capable of producing 850 million cans, with eight-color decoration. Additional canmaking capacity will be installed.
PETROBEL Petroleum
In the early beginning, El-Ahlia Petroleum Company was formed in 1953. In 1955 Belayim the first land field was discovered. In 1961 Belayim marine field was discovered. Balayim was the first marine field in Egypt. In 1978 Belayim Petroleum Company PETROBEL has been established in accordance with the investment law No. 16 of 1978. PETROBEL is one of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation companies jointly owned by ENI.
PETROBEL main activities are exploration, and development of oil & gas fields and the production of oil, gas and condensates. BETROBEL produces 210.000 barrel/day of oil and condensates, 1150 million cubic feet/day of Gases, 650 ton/day of LPG.
SUCO
Suez Oil Company is considered one of the leading companies in the field of crude oil production, petroleum condensates and LPG and one of the economic pioneers in Egypt and a role model in cooperation and investment.
SUCO was established in August 1979 after discovering Ras Budran field at the eastern concession area in Suez Gulf at South Sinai Governorate.
DISOUCO was established in September 2011 after discovering the natural gas at Disouq concession area in Kafr El Sheikh, and the early production was in September 2013 from North West Khlala by using the rental facilities as an actual production start. Then achievements were continued by establishing the Central Treatment Plant and starting production in August 2014 and the plan will be continued to tie in the drilling wells with the treatment facilities in addition to drilling additional development wells to increase the production rates.Suez Oil Company works as an operating Company implements all the explorations, development and production works for the shareholders.
Town Gas
The Egyptian Company for Natural Gas Distribution to Cities, Wabel Gas, started its activity in 1979 as the first company operating in the field of natural gas delivery in the Arab Republic of Egypt under the umbrella of the Petrogas Company.
Watch its registration as an Egyptian joint stock company subject to guarantees and investment incentives No. (8) for the year 1997, to begin practicing its actual activity in October 2000 is a week of clean and environmentally safe fuel for use in homes and organized commercial and industrial activities, power stations and car supply stations in the company’s concession areas in five governorates (Cairo, Giza, Ismailia, and Ismailia) to achieve the Egyptian state’s plan for an alternative rental.
Upper Egypt Electricity Generation Company
The Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company – an Egyptian joint stock company was established on 7/1/2001 in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 159 of 1981, and it is one of the subsidiaries of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company and its headquarters and legal residence is the city of Al-Kuraimat. It has branches in Assiut and an office in Giza Governorate at 6 A Street. Muhammad Al-Durra (formerly Ibn Malik) and an office in Nasr City.
