Subsea Solutions
FIRST-CLASS ENGINEERING BACKED BY SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
We’ve been supplying Subsea Valves to the Oil & Gas industry since 1967. Our Series 75 range includes Subsea Control and Choke Valves designed to operate across a diverse range of applications including single or multi-phase production. Our vast experience of the subsea Oil & Gas sector means that we can engineer valves to meet your specific requirements and deploy them within the timescales of your project.
SUBSEA CHOKE VALVES SERIES 75 SUBSEA CHOKE VALVES
Our subsea choke valves are suitable for applications including single or multi-phase production, water/chemical/gas injection and artificial gas lift. Our versatile subsea chokes can operate in a wide range of conditions including HPHT (high pressure, high temperature), Joule-Thomson effect applications, deep water, low temperatures and high shut-in pressures.
Advancing offshore production and injection technologies require subsea choke valves to meet market demands. Operators consistently demand a discrete stepping actuator to ensure accurate well control. Additionally, in emergency conditions an additional fast-acting feature is required to ensure the integrity of the system. We offer a wide range of actuators and instruments and can advise you on the most suitable combination for your application.
SUBSEA CONTROL VALVES SERIES 75 SUBSEA CONTROL VALVES
The control valves in our Subsea range have been developed in response to advances in seafloor processing technology. They are a more suitable solution than a conventional subsea stepping choke for applications such as seawater injection, seafloor pumping or boosting, separator level control and anti-surge applications.
Many of these systems still use subsea choke valves. However for seafloor processing, subsea control valves with modulating actuators provide the operator with greater control over their boosting, separation or compression systems. Thanks to our combined knowledge of surface control valves and subsea chokes we have developed subsea control valves. These are more suitable than a subsea stepping choke for applications such as seawater injection, seafloor pumping or boosting, separator level control and anti-surge applications.
ACTUATORS FOR SUBSEA USE
For subsea control valves, available subsea hydraulic power can be a challenge for actuators. So, we recommend that either of the following is used with subsea control valve:
- Hydraulic actuator with surface located supply.
- Hydraulic actuator with local subsea supply.
- Electric actuator.
All of the valves in the Series 75 range – including these control valves – can be provided as non-retrievable or insert retrievable designs.
